Owner-side advisory and Owner’s Representative support for hospitality real estate, including performance discipline, technical interface coordination and execution follow-up, at asset or portfolio level.

Deliverables are prepared for the Client’s internal use. Outputs may be based on available information and assumptions and are not intended for third party reliance.

7.3 No brokerage and no regulated investment advice
VALCLEF does not perform real estate brokerage or intermediation and does not provide regulated investment advice related to financial instruments.

7.4 Not a substitute for licensed or appointed parties
VALCLEF does not replace licensed or appointed parties such as architects, engineers, technical control specialists, lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, appraisers, auditors, or any regulated expert role.

Information may come from the Client, the operator, appointed advisors, and public sources. Final verification and decisions remain the Client’s responsibility.

7.6 Use of AI-assisted tools
VALCLEF may use AI-assisted tools to support drafting, formatting, summarization, and translation, as well as the creation of illustrative visuals for communication materials. AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by a human prior to publication or delivery.

7.7 Confidentiality
Client discussions and materials are treated confidentially. VALCLEF does not publish client names or confidential project details without prior written authorisation.
For each assignment, boundaries will be confirmed in writing.
